We will be open March 16, 17, 23, & 24 from 10am to 4pm each day. Tours of the sugarhouse, hayride to the woods, and much more. Come meet the Kirsch family and see where and how our syrup is made. Questions, call 585-943-3133 or 585-297-6687.
It takes approximately 40-45 gallons of maple sap to make one gallon of maple syrup.
Maple Season only lasts for about six weeks in the early Spring, when temperatures are above freezing during the day and below freezing at night.
Maple syrup is an all natural sweetener. There are no additivies or preservatives in our syrup. It's made only from the sap of sugar maple trees by boiling the water out so there is a higher concentration of maple sugar, which caramelizes during the boiling process. Have you tried it yet?

We are open by appointment only for sales. During maple season we are open for tours and sales by appointment and 10am - 4pm the 3rd and 4th weekends of March.
