Maple Weekend Update

We will be open on limited capacity March 21, 22, 28, & 29 from 10am to 4pm each day. To mitigate contact there will be no tours or sampling. We will have drive through/curb side delivery to your car. Pick up orders of $100 or more will receive a stainless steel travel mug(while supplies last). Call/text 585-943-3133.

How Much Maple Sap?

It takes approximately 40-45 gallons of maple sap to make one gallon of maple syrup.

When is maple season?

Maple Season only lasts for about six weeks in the early Spring, when temperatures are above freezing during the day and below freezing at night.

What's in maple syrup?

Maple syrup is an all natural sweetener.  There are no additivies or preservatives in our syrup.    It's made only from the sap of sugar maple trees by boiling the water out so there is a higher concentration of maple sugar, which caramelizes during the boiling process.  Have you tried it yet?
